Awards Ceremony Dinner - Thursday 22nd November 2012
Join us for the Swansea Bay Tourism Awards ceremony dinner, celebrating Swansea Bays finest Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Businesses at the prestigious Brangwyn Hall in Swansea.
The evening will start at 7pm, Thursday 22nd November with a drinks reception (featuring a live music duo) followed by a three course gala dinner with wine and the all important awards presentations compered by Badger from The Wave & Swansea Sound..
Dress code for the evening is 'Smart'

Following the awards there will be live music in the bar from the 'Insiderz'
The Insiderz are one of the most experienced and highly recommended function bands in the Uk playing a wide range of music that appeals to all ages - guaranteed to have everyone on the dance floor the whole night long -
Tickets
Tickets for the award ceremony dinner are £40 per person or £380 for a table of 10
Menu
Starter - Home made, spiced parsnip soup with cumin and coriander - served with freshly baked olive, honey and sunflower bloomer
Main course - Breast of chicken served with a tarragon, coarse grain mustard, wild mushroom and shallot sauce
**Or Vegetarian Option - Wild mushroom and parsley risotto with truffle oil and parmesan both served with a selection of fresh vegetables and baby new potatoes
Desert - An individual Quince Cheesecake Mousse - A delicious cheesecake on a thin base of sponge and topped with quince sauce and walnut.** (Sponsored by Castell Howell)
To end the dinner - coffee.
There will be wine on each table... additional bottles of wine or drinks will be available for you to purchase at the bar.
