Entering yourself, your business, or a business that you work for
There are two ways you can enter. You can either fill in the online entry form below, or you can download and print a copy of an entry form which you can fill out and send back to us at the following address:

If you wish to include additional information with your entry such as photos, customer comments, reviews, and any other further information you can e-mail them to or post them to address above.
Remember, as well as entering your business, you can encourage friends, family and your customers to nominate you - see the nomination page.
(If a business is nominated more than once for the same category, the number of nominations / comments will be taken into account when judging the winner)
