Rules – Terms & Conditions

  1. There is no cost to enter your business in to the Swansea Bay Tourism Awards
  2. You can be nominated or enter more than one category – entry / nominations must be done via the online forms provided
  3. All information will be treated confidentially and will be used only for the purposes of Swansea Bay Tourism Awards – Tourism Swansea Bay privacy policy can be viewed here
  4. You don’t need to be accredited with Visit Wales or the AA to win an award in the Swansea Bay Tourism Awards. Non Visit Wales / AA accredited business will not be eligible to enter the National Awards in 2020.
  5. Public liabilities insurance – if you are a business dealing with the public then you must have this and must be able to provide proof of this on request.
  6. Legal accreditation – if you are required by law to have a particular accreditation / insurance to operate your business type (e.g. AALA or WATO accreditation for activity providers) then you must be able to provide proof of this on request.
  7. Swansea Bay Tourism Awards 2019 (and their partners / sponsors) cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt or loss of any nominations / entries. The closing date is the 8th September – you can call / email to confirm receipt up until the 15th 
  8. You agree to take part in any publicity arranged by the Swansea Bay Tourism Awards
  9. Entries will not be accepted after the deadline – 8th September 2019 (unless otherwise stated) – finalists will be notified by the 1st October 2019  – winners will be announced at the awards dinner on the 14th November 2019 – you can see a list of winners on swanseabaytourismawards.co.uk on the 15th November 2019
  10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
